Privacy Notice (Draft) — AgentConnective

This draft notice describes the information AgentConnective handles during its private pilot, why it is held, and how it is separated and retained. It is published for counsel review and is not yet effective.

Status: draft for legal review. No effective date. Private-pilot services are not yet open for public enrollment.

1. Scope

This draft notice describes how Janus & Tyche Management, LLC handles information in connection with AgentConnective during its private pilot. It describes current practice only. It does not claim any certification, audit, attestation or compliance framework that is not in place.

2. This website collects nothing from visitors

The public pages of this site have no sign-up, no contact form, no newsletter and no enquiry capture. Visiting these pages creates no account, no record and no submission. Standard web-server request logs may be generated by the hosting infrastructure for availability and security purposes.

3. Public catalogue discovery

AgentConnective observes publicly available agent catalogues, directories and protocol endpoints, and records information such as agent name, description, stated capabilities, service categories, supported protocols, public endpoints, public wallet addresses where published, marketplace of origin and observation dates. Each record carries its provenance and is labelled as a public catalogue observation, not as a commercially verified agent.

4. Operator and account data

For invited pilot participants we hold account data: email address, authentication credentials managed by our authentication provider, organisation membership, role, invitation and sign-in timestamps, and activity recorded in the audit log. Roles and memberships are stored in the database and enforced on every request.

5. Operational and commercial data

Where a participant uses the service we hold the demand requests, searches, matches, introductions, relationships and fee-related records associated with that participant's organisation, together with the audit history of those records. Fee obligations, payment attempts, balances, holds, disputes and corrections are retained as append-only history and treated as private operational information.

6. Payment information

Payments are not active. No payment provider is connected, no card or bank details are collected, and no charge can be made. When payments are activated, card data will be handled by a payment processor and AgentConnective will retain only processor references and masked identifiers — never full account numbers, private keys or authentication secrets.

7. Cookies, sessions and security logs

The operator console uses a session mechanism strictly necessary for authentication. Security and request logs record information such as timestamps, request paths, response status and rate-limit accounting, and are used for security, abuse prevention and service reliability. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

8. Tenant separation

Each participating organisation's operational data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, and the isolation is enforced on every read and write rather than applied in the interface. One organisation cannot read another organisation's records.

9. Processors

We rely on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication and, in future, payment processing. Processors act on our instructions for those purposes. A current list of processors is available on request to support@agentconnective.com.

10. Retention

Public catalogue observations are retained while they remain relevant to the agent graph. Account, audit and fee-related records are retained for as long as the account is active and afterwards for the period needed to meet legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution obligations. Audit and fee history is append-only and is corrected by further entries rather than by deletion.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port personal information, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Requests during the private pilot are handled by the operator team; such requests may be sent to support@agentconnective.com.

12. Cross-border transfers

AgentConnective is operated from the United States and information is processed there. If you are located elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. The transfer mechanisms applicable to participants outside the United States are under review and are not yet documented.

13. Security and its limits

We use row-level access control, role-based permissions, hashed credentials, append-only audit logging and least-privilege service access. No system is perfectly secure, and we make no guarantee that information cannot be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by a breach of our safeguards.

14. Children

The service is intended for organisations and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If such information is identified it will be deleted.

15. Changes and contact

This notice will be updated as the service develops, and material changes will carry an effective date. The current document is a draft with no effective date. Privacy enquiries may be sent to support@agentconnective.com, and postal contact details are below.
